  • Clear condensate drain with CO2 cartridge
  • Check electrical components
  • Check for visible signs of damage on the lines, insulation, or any other part of the equipment
  • Perform drain pan treatment to restore flow
  • Clean the indoor evaporator coil using a no-rinse solution (does not include disassembly)
  • Indoor unit chemical bath (recommended when excessive mold and mildew are present; includes disassembling the unit to remove and clean the blower wheel)
